Age: 7 years Sex: Male Date of Admission: 02/09/2025 IPD No.: 1025 Chief Complaint: Severe right ear pain since 2 days Fever since yesterday Irritability and crying at night History of Present Illness: Child developed coryza with watery discharge 4 days back.
